  • Searching records for missing PPS numbers
  • Searching records for missing death records
  • Obtaining death certificates from public records offices
  • Completing probate application forms
  • Completing revenue affidavit forms
  • Advising you on inheritance tax
     
WHO CAN AVAIL OF OUR SERVICE?

Any executor or personal representative of a deceased
person where:
  • There are no disagreements among beneficiaries
  • There are no doubts about property ownership
  • There are no legal complications of any kind
